One minor revision is included for each track at no additional cost.
Requests that substantially change the intended direction of the track, including a complete rework toward another genre, require a separate consultation and may involve an additional fee.
This plan does not ordinarily include guaranteed delivery on a customer-specified date.
The usual turnaround is approximately 3 to 7 days. When delivery is made within that estimated period, TAO MIX is not liable for losses arising from a difference between the customer's preferred date and the actual delivery date.
A full refund is available after payment and before work has started.
Once work has begun, cancellations are generally non-refundable.
If the delivered master contains a clear technical error caused by our work, such as introduced noise, we will provide a correction at no charge or issue a refund.
